Active Body Conditioning make achieving your fitness and health goals as simple as A.B.C!

Who is A.B.C.?

Active Body Conditioning was founded in 2007 by Michael Favaretto and Shanna Brander. After working in the health and fitness industry for several years, Michael and Shanna combined their experience, skills and knowledge to create a dynamic partnership which provides clients with individually tailored wellness programs.

Clients receive the support, motivation and coaching needed to persevere with workouts that are both safe and consistent. A.B.C.’s clients are provided with diverse program designs and location and equipment options which ensure that each client feels relaxed and enjoys their program’s atmosphere.
Programs can be designed for home gyms, local parks or condos, and can include no equipment, free weights, or full gym equipment. For those who prefer to workout with others, A.B.C. also provides training for small groups.

A.B.C. clients suffering from sports injuries can receive Athletic Therapy treatments in addition to their personal workout services. Furthermore, A.B.C. supplies nutritional guidance and arranges grocery store tours to help clients develop proper eating habits. We feel a well-rounded approach is needed for all our clients to achieve success.  This is a life-style change you are making and it should encompass all aspects of that!
