In-Home Personal Training
If you’re the type of person who doesn’t like gyms, or hates having to leave home to get to a gym this option may best suit you. Minimal equipment is needed to perform in-home/condo personal workouts. Your trainer will provide you with additional equipment to keeps workouts effective and challenging!
If you don’t have a lot of space in your home/condo that’s okay. We can do workouts anywhere - whether it be a basement, living room, balcony or backyard, getting a great workout can be achieved inside or outside of your living area. After all, there is no place like home!

With our in-home/condo services you will workout in the privacy of your home, with one-on-one consulting and convenience. Each session begins with a fitness assessment and goal orientation. All sessions are 60 minutes in length.
If you find that you work out better with a friend, or a small group of friends, then this may be the program that would benefit you the most. With group conditioning you can train with one friend, or if there’s more of you, we will train groups up to 5 people. Workouts are still challenging, but with the support not only from your trainer, you have your friends there to push and challenge you to perform your best during each and every workout.
Core Stability Clinics ** NEW
We encourage and educate individuals to gain better control of their "core" (abs, back) and relieve back pain. The classes are gentle and geared to the fitness level of participants in the group. Equipment used includes BOSU balls, medicine balls and stability balls. This program runs for 6 weeks, twice a week for 12 classes in total.
Athletic Therapy
If you have a new or old injury that requires rehabilitation then you would greatly benefit from Athletic Therapy. During sessions you will be treated not only for your pain or discomfort, but you will also strengthen weak muscles, build better balance and control through your injured area and improve your flexibility all at the same time. Programs are designed to help benefit the entire aspect of healing, not just pain control and management.
If you feel that you could benefit from both Athletic Therapy and Personal Training this is always an option as well. Athletic Therapy can also be added on to the end of a training session if you feel that this would benefit you more. It’s all about personal preference and what’s best for you based on your goals and needs! Talk with your personal trainer or Athletic Therapist to determine that package that is best suited for you.
Workouts for Brides and Grooms ** NEW
We all want to look our best on our special day! Now we can help you get started with one of several packages offered for brides and grooms! Customized to meet your workout needs, we will travel to your home and cater to your personal goals to help get you in your ideal shape before your big day.
Packages range from training once a week to three times a week given your goals and time frame to your wedding day. If you and your spouse-to-be want to train together, or perhaps you're the type of person who needs an extra push from a friend or family member who is also in your wedding party, we also have 2-on-1 and 3-on-1 sessions with a certified Personal Trainer.

Here are some of the great packages we offer:
Fairytale Femme - Ten week package, 1 workout/week with a trainer
Glamour Girl - Twenty week package, 3 workouts/week with a trainer
Picture Perfect Pact - Customized package
This package is ideal for the couple or best friends who want to look great in time for the wedding day. This package involves training 2-on-1 for either 10 or 20 weeks 2x a week with a certified Personal Trainer.
Honeymoon Hotties - Customized package
If you're the type of couple who not only wants to look great on your wedding day, but also on your Honeymoon this package is ideal for you! Working hard with your future spouse this is a great way to get started on a life-long fitness journey to stay healthy and look great. You will train 2-3 times a week with a certified Personal Trainer.
Trim Troops - Customized Package
This package is great for the bridal parties that want to get into shape together as a small team. Pushing each other to work hard, and giving support to each other will help you achieve your ultimate goals. Working both inside your home, or outside at a park 2x week with your certified Personal Trainer you will be the talk of all weddings to come!
Learn to Run Clinics ** NEW
Running is a great way to get outdoors and enjoy the spring and summer weather we're starting to get. If you always wondered if you were a runner, or had ambitions of starting but never did, this clinic would be great for you! Starting off on a basic program, your trainer will take you through the steps needed to run either a 5k or 10k distance. This program runs for a total of 6 weeks, twice a week for 12 classes in total.
Don't miss out on this opportunity to join in on one or both clinics being offered by A.B.C! Classes are ideal for beginner and intermediate particpants. You can train one-on-one with a personal trainer or up to groups of 5 friends. We'll cater the program on your requests following guidelines to ensure you're pleased with the results.
Equipment Purchase Consulting
Working with your trainer we will guide you through the array of home and commercial exercise equipment from various manufacturers and suppliers. This will allow you to purchase only the equipment that best suits your fitness goals, budget and décor.
Grocery Store Tours
Walk through the grocery store with your personal trainer to learn the benefits of a healthier lifestyle. It’s all part of our whole-body approach to conditioning.
You will shop together and:
- talk about food labels
- straighten out myths and facts
- introduce you to new foods
- learn money saving tips
- substitute products to reach your goals and still enjoy your food
- answer any additional questions you have
By the end of the tour you will know more about food, empowering you to make healthier choices when you shop.
